About BillCheck
BillCheck is an AI-powered educational tool that helps individuals review and understand their medical bills and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs). By using BillCheck you agree to these terms.

BillCheck provides informational analysis only. Nothing produced by BillCheck constitutes medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a professional opinion of any kind. BillCheck is not a law firm, medical practice, or financial advisory service. You should consult a qualified professional before taking action based on any analysis provided.
What BillCheck does
BillCheck uses artificial intelligence to identify potential billing errors, duplicate charges, and coding discrepancies in medical bills and EOBs. Our analysis cross-references Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) fee schedules, and applicable federal and state laws including the No Surprises Act. Our analysis is intended to help you ask better questions of your healthcare provider or insurer. It is not a guarantee that errors exist or that disputes will be resolved in your favor.
What information to submit
Only submit billing details such as Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes, line items, dates of service, and dollar amounts. Do not submit your Social Security number, date of birth, or other sensitive personal identifiers. You are responsible for reviewing what you submit.
Accuracy
AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. BillCheck makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any analysis. Medical billing rules, fee schedules, and laws change frequently. You use the output at your own discretion and risk.
Payment
BillCheck charges a one-time fee per analysis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Your purchase is for one bill analysis session.
Refund policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If our analysis does not identify any errors, duplicate charges, or billing discrepancies in your bill, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund: email billcheckerapp@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with the subject line 'Refund Request' and a brief description of why you believe no issues were found. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside these terms or appear to be made in bad faith.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. You agree not to submit information belonging to others without their consent. You agree not to use BillCheck for any unlawful purpose or attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes with healthcare providers or insurers, reliance on AI-generated analysis, or failure to recover billed amounts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of BillCheck after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
