Our guarantee

Checking your bill is always free — no payment required to find out if your bill has errors. You only pay $29 to unlock the full report after we identify issues. If you pay and are not satisfied for any reason — the analysis wasn't useful, you changed your mind, anything — email us within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@billcheck.app with the subject line Refund Request within 7 days of your purchase. Include a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Refund timeframe

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or that fall outside these terms.
